RESIDENTIAL
Considered a 'Regular' or 'Spring' Cleaning, this service includes cleaning floors, windows sills, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other rooms. We wipe clean all surfaces in the home, including tables, countertops, appliances, chairs, dressers, sink basins and faucets. We spend extra time in the bathroom, cleaning the bathtub, shower, mirrors and toilet. Light fixtures, picture frames and baseboards – we dust them all.
COMMERCIAL
The difference between janitorial services and commercial cleaning is that janitorial includes small, everyday cleaning tasks while commercial cleaning is on a larger more laborious scale. While we do both; janitorial services are more common and include the following: Waste Receptacles, Furnishings/Counter Tops, Glass Doors/Windows, Floors & Carpets, General Cleaning, Lunchroom & Coffee Station and Restrooms. Prior to our departure, check that all windows and doors are locked, turn off all lights, notify the Manager in the event of any irregularities or an emergency, return any equipment back in its designated location.
PRE & POST CONSTRUCTION
Pre-Construction cleanings are often required because Inspectors require clutter-free walls, and all crawlspaces, ceilings and surfaces to be clean in order to successfully do their job. Post-Construction is necessary after a construction project, due to the amount of dust left behind can leave the space looking dirty and otherwise messy. Post-Construction cleaning tidies up the space to improve its appearance and leave clients with a positive impression of your business. Before you sign off on the job, we’ll provide you with our comprehensive cleaning checklist to make sure we've made every area spotless (i.e. interior rooms, exterior debris, all entry/exit points and the minor, but detailed final touches, to complete the overall aesthetic of the space).
MOVE-IN/OUt
(DEEP CLEANING)
Deep cleaning is different from regular or spring cleaning because it reaches the deep grime and dirt in your home or business. For example: Behind kitchen appliances like the laundry room, refrigerator and oven, cutting through the grime that builds up. Under the sink, inside of window frames and patio doors, inside and outside of all window, including all blinds (if both are accessible and within reach). Full and deep dusting of all corners of rooms for cobwebs. Limescale removal from all bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, taps, shower heads etc. Professional deep cleaning is a must at the end of a tenancy.
HOUSEKEEPING
Similar to a 'Regular' or 'Spring' Cleaning Service that includes cleaning floors, windows sills, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other rooms. We wipe clean all surfaces in the home, including tables, countertops, appliances, chairs, dressers, sink basins and faucets, etc. In addition, Housekeeping also includes, making beds and changing linens, washing, loading/unloading and folding laundry, restocking bathrooms with tissue, toiletries, and other supplies. Tidying up rooms, and reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
WINDOW CLEANING
As an a la cart service; window cleaning consists of the following: We will use a hand broom or cloth, to remove all dirt and dust. Using a microfiber cloth, saturate the cloth with an exorbitant amount of cleaner to dissolve and suspend the dirt so it can be completely wiped away. We then dry with reusable microfiber cloths. leaving the glass shiny and streak-free.
REFRIGERATOR CLEANING
As an a la cart service; refrigerator cleaning consists of the following: Sponges dipped in baking soda solution adding some vanilla extract to deodorize it. We wipe down interior with a warm wet cloth including all doors and corners where spills accumulate. Then dry when complete.
We clean shelves and drawers and place back in clean refrigerator.
OVEN CLEANING
As an a la cart service, we start with your racks, cleaning them individually, giving them a good scrub with soapy water and a gentle scrubbing pad. Clean and rinse the interior, including the inside of the door and polish the oven window. Additionally, we don’t neglect the outside of your oven. Just wiping down the outside of your oven can do great things when it comes to improving the appearance. We wash the exterior and ensure it is streak-free.
